1. Timing issue they want employee to come office at 9:45 and 15days at 9:15 to 9:30 but when u want to go they dont allow you to go they always want employees to stretch to 8 pm i am doing 12 to 13 hour job on regular basis 2. Leave issue :whenever you want leave they think i am doing some crime and it irritates me I have 24 leaves in my bucket but they dont allow me to take even one leave

I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

Totally hectic work schedule and no peacefull work. Management don't care about the employees they always give pressure and last of the moment they fired. No work life balance no growth for future.

The company pays good incentives if we’ll work accordingly so for hard working people this is the best place to work and earn.

There is no leave on festivals, Work life balance is not good as the shift timing exceeds always. Shift timing is 10-7 but we mostly leave the office by 8-8:30 even some time 9PM. For leaves we have to struggle a lot the management is giving us the leaves which we can see on our system as well but we can’t apply as per our requirement.

Toxic work culture with zero work-life balance. MIS Executive role lacks relevance to the designation, with endless support tasks and unrealistic hours from 9:30 AM to 10 PM. I even had to work on my week off. Worst experience.

You will learn to do multiple task at a time as you are very nicely trained here to work on multiple aspects at a same time. Incentives are good and career growth is there if you are willing to grow I the sales field.

I am not employee of Policy bazaar, however i have received a call for job opportunity for managerial post , HR name was suman Bharadwaj, she was full of rude, do not even listen , over an telephonic conversation she ask me few questions which i have addressed as per my previous organization, but she do not aligned , i think so she don't even has a knowledge of new technology /automation or policy bazar moved just ops guy into HR without having latest industry knowledge , it seems policy bazar works on 10 years old pattern. when the first interaction was so horrible so i can imagine what could be work life balance in policy bazar.
