When the COVID cases started rising, they allowed us work from home immediately. Later on also, they took timely feedback about our health and well-being. Our seniors maintain a constant contact with us whenever we work remotely. Facilities and benefits are also not discontinued during such time. This is a proof of their caring attitude towards us.

WFH was given when covid infections were rising. In addition to this, the company also introduced Covid leaves apart from regular leaves like maternity & paternity leaves. Covid leaves proved beneficial to us during this time and anyone who got infected could take leave while recovering. So thoughtful from the mgmt. side. Not many companies must have given such kind of leaves.

Work culture here is very good, it's dynamic and progressive. Such work culture brings peace of mind and allow employees to perform at their utmost capabilities. The best part is there is no unnecessary timeline work pressure laid on the employees working here. This allows at their best.
