1 : Cheap Politics. 2 : Zero job security, you can be fired any time, no matter on which project you are working, they can replace you with a fresher. 3 : Zero Quality in project deliveries, even they cheats with the clients. Suppose they take 3 months to complete the project and theclient have an agreement of 3 months to get the delivery of the project. But Polestar completes the project in 3 months and compromises with the quality of the product and then takes 1 year to improve to the product on paid bases and then also not giving the quality in the code hence the improvement goes to never ending process.
