I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Working at EON IT Park d wing, Company managers are not responsible for anything, client is god for them, they'll do whatever client tell them without dicussion with employees. Worst office culture no proper sitting arrangement, many desks are allocated inside managers cabin which seems pathetic. HR are of no use they don't know anything about company or policy, they didn't even bother or remember any meetings to attend. Increments are better than mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, Tech M etc. But job security is a concer if you do not want to move out of NCR region.

Dislikes

Virtusa has only few client in NCR region. So they have very limited projects in NCR region.So if you want to stay in NCR region then job security is a concern.You should be flexible enough to move to any location .
