Company policies are not good and average work life balance. There is no job security for an employees.

Should be focus on employees first. Leadership can be rearranged. High performance employees can be treated with a small perks/benefits. Most of the issues not been addressed properly. Should be focus on in the job training for a new employees. No decent hike for the employees(Especially in recruitment).
