Teachers doesnt have any value in our branch(tirupati)its all because of principal sir. Its takes 1 min for him to remove teachers. He always sees about his safety. Teachers are only bonded labour for him. He only wants about his school. He will holidays to teaching staff. There is no value non teaching, even if they xams they wont get leaves. My journey became pathetic only because of him. My teachers are wonderful in teaching. This principal always compares us with bangalore ones which is not at all tolerable. When he want us to work like them then where is our self identity. He may be a great resource person..a very great marketing person where everyone is showing interest to join their children in their school. Its not because of him,its because of the teachers who are working with passion to teach children but facing all these unnecessary blames from principal. Along with me there are other 4 teachers who resigned their jobs only because of principal. This is meant to hurt anyone but he should know that we all are human beings and we have our own inner feelingss which must be respected at any cause. In my field, there is a hierarchy of roles, which is good. It gives an individual a chance to perform better and get pramotion. Its not there in any other schools. TEachers have a scope of promotion, whereas counselors has no scope. Once a counselor always a counselor. Actions taken on defaulter Principals is too slow., whereas actions taken on teachers and others is faster. Few branches are worst due to the principal and few teachers there.
