Podar international, name is very big but Podar management does not have a vision to retain good teachers. Staff is involved in politics and Principle often fall prey to this politics. No job security. Podar believe that we have a good name so we can hire people. But they fail to hire and retain good teachers. And lots of work load.Here teachers are treated as donkeys. Unnecessary documentation and retaining teachers after school is over in the name of documentation is regular habit of Podar management. Due to all these, Podar is going down in academics. As long as principal doesn't not understand issues of teachers, and stand by the teachers. The school will not show progress. One thing Podar is forgetting who makes the school, it's not management, these are the teachers and Podar forgetting teachers. Podar forgetting that teachers who made Podar a big brand.
