The company is very self centric they will ask you to do all the work and will give 0 % feedback or input what they want. Wfh and weekend off was the only good thing

Management is clueless Co founders are clueless Follow them you will be fine If you don't follow them. And try innovation of your own despite it's a success you will hear things like don't do it or you will be asked to leave.

The problem statements are interesting. The engineering team is fantastic. Remote work is a benefit

The product leadership is not good. There is constant use of cuss words in meetings ... constant threats about being thrown out / fired etc. Its basically like working with a gun pointed at your head. The leadership does not offer any solutions only problems - if you dont solve it in a month - they will get irritated and abuse you in meetings. Tons of folks have left the product team due to this

Hiring and firing, humiliation from manager without any reason, unpleasant surprise with immediate termination without any reason or notice, in the name of contract pick level of exploitation. No personal growth, No quality audio production. Most of everything politics in work place.

Terrible work culture No work life balance Insecure founders and this abusive culture permeates down to the lowest managerial level. Very exploitative financially and work wise. They look for loopholes in Indian labor laws to exploit you and use sheer intimidation to silence you. They had one or two shows that saw some mild success and on the basis of that they have been cheating and defrauding investors and audience alike. From my personal experience, as well as that of my colleagues, Pocket FM has a tendency to terminate employees without any prior notice or clear reason. It was unsettling to face this lack of transparency, which affected not only job security but also morale within the team.
