I wish there was something good

Worst culture ever. Absolutely no scope for growth if you are not a close friend of the management or are heavily into company politics. They fire people randomly with no reason. Everyone is trying to bring you down and take credit for your work. Absolute chaos. The company is suffering miserably yet they are trying to fool the world and the investors be sharing random fudged numbers on social media to maintain their reputation. All the money is spent on hiring of friends of the management but no appraisal is given to actually hardworking employees who are expected to work even harder and have no life. Many employees are minting money by giving contracts to their friends for production and investor money is going down the drain. No one is bothered by this....Read More
