too much bad and there is too much brother hood, and they can send you out any time without any information any any extra salary which really so bad and because you are work from so have no much option to talk with anyone which really brak corporate rule .

there working culture and they are not following corporate rules they are working like "LALA ki Naukri" any time they fire any one without any reason, they not give you chance to improve your work , they not give you time to find new job they just fire. and there no person who will listen you to help you in this situation. this is most worst company i have ever seen.

It was work from home, and the workload was do-able

Dislikes

The content we got to work with was lousy and horrible and i'm not even proud of working on it. The team lead has poor leadership values and skills. The associates and management aren't supportive. Poor salary, and on top of that they don't pay on time.

From my personal experience, as well as that of my colleagues, Pocket FM has a tendency to terminate employees without any prior notice or clear reason. It was unsettling to face this lack of transparency, which affected not only job security but also morale within the team.
