Growth is very less . I worked 5 years as Project Coordinator but increment only one time and no position CHANGED or promotion , inner politics is very much there and upper management not completely involve at site level.

PNC INFRATECH LIMITED is although a limited company but it's worst than any A grade Contractor. Top management is always ready to shuck your blood. No hike not any benifits work life balance is worst company culture is very poor.

If you are joining PNC make sure you join before July otherwise you will get increment after three year. Don't worry about job security company culture is average, all day working.

Dislikes

Only the feelings of slavery composed on us. There is too much exploitation with C grade workers evenly with Engineers. They don't provide holidays even according to company policy nevertheless you will go definitely salary will be deducted. Salary never on time.
