Work culture is very worst ,no job security,feel like working in a peti-contractor,No any health insurance provide. Strictly follow the Punching system even Sunday (8:30AM to Work complition) They cut the salary eventually evening or day punch missed. There is no any HR policy. PM decision is final HR policy. *They not provided Appointment Letter before 1year complition.

Totally failed management specially in Water division. Lot of politics here played. In Water Project they put the road project admin and store which one they have no idea how to manage and deal. Worthless people carried out by company. One of Important things to Share they put there employee in a labour camp in which 3-4 people(engineer) share the single toilet and washroom. Totally unbalanced they take your personal life in company hour. No any other benefit provide insted they cut gratuity,child allowances and Mess charge extra which was not disclosed in interview (minimum 5k deduction/month)
