Really nice work atmosphere, everyone is friendly, HR is always ready to helps with everything. The best part is the senior management of the company who are always available to discuss problems regardless of anything. The increment structure is one of the best in the industry with frequent increments without ask.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Dislikes

Only the feelings of slavery composed on us. There is too much exploitation with C grade workers evenly with Engineers. They don't provide holidays even according to company policy nevertheless you will go definitely salary will be deducted. Salary never on time.
