Metlife insurance company is supporting a lot .But our superiors is behavior is bery disappointed.They are using dirty words to us

PNB metlife is employee friendly organisation.I was in Direct Marketing channel.Our supervisors behaving in a bad manner.Using dirty words i front of other collegues.I have already given complaint about this.But no action is taken

Work life was pathetic.our supervisors are not allowed to take any leave.They compelling to work including sunday.Our work was always in outside.So working on all sundays is very disappointing factor.Kindly consider this.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
