Likes

Company lacks long term thinking. Everyone is passing the buck, driving their own agenda and it lacks vision. In one sentence it is worst mix of a PSB and PE. Serious lack of management

Dislikes

Most meetings over-run by hours with people wasting each other’s time with petty politics. Imagine being forced to come to office when you have Covid19, complete lack of empathy

Work Details

Management ask you to work in Sunday in an official communication without a comp off. All official travel are supposed to happen on Saturday- Sunday (1st or 2nd Saturday when it is official non-working)

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
