It’s just fine when you don’t have any other option.

Dislikes

No learning. No growth. They micromanage everything and want the update of every minute. They have stupid rules like we can’t keep our phones at the work desk. HR support system is terrible, they are bias.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
