Job Security is great as you have to sign a 3 years agreement on day of joining (for freshers). Work culture is depreciating day by day , As the knowledge base(Engineers) is getting out of the organisation is increasing.

Dislikes

The attrition rate is increasing. More and more talented People are getting out of this organisation is an issue. The attrition rate affects the existing employee's work-life. Management should appreciate the enginners and pay them well , who work hard more than the managers. The employee's are the pillars of the organisation.

Nothing. I had a terrible development team. BSS manager Anto was so toxic and psycho during work

BSS dev - Pull blame game and point fingers within ourselves since no approach discussions are taken. Anto is a worst and inhuman manager. He dont have humanity at all. Pray not to get in his team NSS dev - No sign of work happening. No dev happens there. but still 2 heads run the team Nss1,2 OCS dev - Anjan gaaru is very much showing dictatorship and attitude but keeps his team intact. He helps others and the team to grow. The Good thing about him. PPM - There are 2 product managers. Most of the requirements are with gaps and they don't know what they draft as user stories. During walkthrough they don't have answers to our questions. If they are on WFH then it will be hell for us developers as they don't pick our calls purposefully but say that they are on wfh and we keep waiting for the queries to resolve. Last minute suprises saying changes and stuffs. Worst poor low quality people poor minded not giving respect to anyone . Hr can go and sit in primary school to learn the basics how to give respect to employees. Some managers can go to flim institute they are good actors . There are 500+ employees in that one manager is acting like he is the back bone of plintron. Coming to office only 3 days and acting like he is the pillar of plintron. He will think like he is the greatest of great puluthi . Solanum na solitay polam.
