Job Security is great as you have to sign a 3 years agreement on day of joining (for freshers). Work culture is depreciating day by day , As the knowledge base(Engineers) is getting out of the organisation is increasing.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The attrition rate is increasing. More and more talented People are getting out of this organisation is an issue. The attrition rate affects the existing employee's work-life. Management should appreciate the enginners and pay them well , who work hard more than the managers. The employee's are the pillars of the organisation.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Average. Hope the management looks into the attrition rate and sort this out.
