Plex is a best product based company to work in. It has best policies and good work culture. They respect your thought and involve you in the development meetings.

Dislikes

There are not negative feedback as such but as most of the management team was in US office sometime its not easy to understand some minor issues or conflicts but now Plex is hiring management team in India also.

Work life balance was good. No body force you to work on xyz things you are responsible for your own tasks.

Following all govt policies, supporting employees by providing wfh until March 2021 (from March 2020) for now. No firing, providing good one time bonus in 2020.

Dislikes

There is not much to learn, management care less about quality.
