Platoz Hr has very good employees to be around and work as a team but the culture is very old and poor, needs to be changed also the company policies change anytime and you are not informed prior, also during this lockdown they are just fulfilling their duties live everyone else by giving paycuts also there is a risk of job security.

Dislikes

The work culture and the system they believe in should be changed its just like they do not motivate people at all and follow a very monotonous routine that people get easily bored of. Also the company policies can change anytime so one can be worried always.

Great place to work I worked here for 2 years.It was wonderful opportunity for me to start my career as HR. Special thanks to Deepali ma’am for strongest sport during my entire tenure.
