Nothing to say as everything is terrible except the casuals who work over there,full of people who will play politics, specially floor supervisor..so need to be alert 🚨. But haan 1 thing is good that as for learning it is the right place.

Politics,very poor and worst work culture. They only want production no quality matter. Very bad nature of Production and Operation Head. They use to give so much work pressure, that will lead to go under depression, various diseases. Except HR team and Plant Head sir Nothing is good.They can understand and help you.

- Apart from that all departments are useless like HR, Admin & IT admin. - No fair appraisal, no fair promotion. - During appraisal they don't ask your expectations, it like serving dish to customer whether they liking or not. Conclusion Poor appraisal who are performing well. - Overall dislike is Appraisal, promotion & favourism. - Poor company policy & support for business travel.
