- Providing a good platform to improve the skills with a good learning curve. As the managers are the ex-employees of Visteon, their attitude is also good, but looks like it is also declining.

Dislikes

The work place is the worst. Looks like they have not even heard of the word infrastructure. This year incentives were blocked and presented an unbelievable reason to that.

1)In term of skill development there is not much to exposure to product development. 2) Engineers are only focus on CAD activities. 3) Also there is lack of mentorship for junior engineers

Sallery is Quite good but lot of Dedication appartment from appointment latter conformation, Safety must it's good part, Also sallery On Time it's Good 👍

Culture is Wrost, manegement never care about Employee, No Bus for Saturday why ? I don't know, No Breakfast on Saturday, For General, HR Time office person have lot of issues Because we need Request to Time office and there's only one person. Means Lot of issues regarding it
