If you wanna be like i just wana work and dont care about anything else but salary . You can work here . It has great general shift timings , come early n go early it also depends on project tho .

Management is quite favaourable to certain people . Micro management if you are on bench unfortunatley. Trainings are mandatory, timings and login are not flexible . No concept of remote . Do not compromise on remote requests

Good learning scope If you get good project then you are in safe hands Hikes are good in recession times comparing to different companies

Management should be more friendly. They are very hard headed Didnt have freedom to discuss things with higher management Leads are not transparent. Complex internal process which are difficult and more micro management. Unnecessary people(with lesser roles) will do extra action which is very irritating.
