The HR department lacks authority.There are no powers to HR department. According to other employees, giving powers to the HR team will make employees happier. Good learning scope If you get good project then you are in safe hands Hikes are good in recession times comparing to different companies

Management should be more friendly. They are very hard headed Didnt have freedom to discuss things with higher management Leads are not transparent. Complex internal process which are difficult and more micro management. Unnecessary people(with lesser roles) will do extra action which is very irritating.
