There was an issue with the client and not wanted to continue and my company never supported me.. I've been working for the client for 12-16 hours a day and Planit never cared for there employees .. Just want to keep healthy relationship with client.

The HR department lacks authority.There are no powers to HR department. According to other employees, giving powers to the HR team will make employees happier.
