Hierarchy at every level at firm makes project unnecessarily long . Provide no resource for learning theory peers or through materials but managers expect you to learn things after your office hours of 9 hours 30 minute and even if you learn and do the work they will not be bothered to help you get good increment . Overall conclusion if you joining any software you can join even if you freshers but if you are joining hardware department then only join if you have more than 5 year of experience otherwise don't specially if you are fresher or merely having 1-2 year of experience .
