Absolutely trash. Toxic culture. They have a policy of WFH one day/week but managers would not allow. Politics at it peak.. executive and managers afraid of higher management. Politics at it peaks.. Executive and managers are afraid of Higher management. Managers not able to support their own team members because they are afraid of higher management. No culture of Speak up. No work- life balance. People travelling 50-60km still they don't have sympathy or kind nature towards them and asks to be in office all 5 days. And when they ask for WFH for one day.. they make a issue about it and ask that employee to take leave and waste that leave. Wow!! Increadible management.
