What I like most about working here (unlike behemoth corporations) is the dedication given to every single employee of Nyx Wolves in order to help them grow which in turn instills the same dedication from the employees. I also enjoy the exposure to clients from around the world. Individuality is highly encouraged as well. Regarding security for women employees, there is respect and a secure work environment to all employees, regardless of gender, so that's a bonus! Transparency is preached as well as practiced. Communication between colleagues varies from lighthearted and fun small talk between friends in informal setups to serious discussions in formal settings. I also love the work-from-home option.
