At the time of hiring they'll show you a fools paradise they will show you fake perks and tell you about wrong payment that is 300 per hour but once you start teaching they will give you 150 rupees per hour. They will make you go through to test that is phase 1 and phase 2 then you will have two weeks of training at phase 1 and phase 2 after clearing second test. So round of you have already given more than your 2 weeks to this process. Once you get selected in the final round after the test thn comes the real deal that they tell you, and you're getting fooled if you think you will work as a teacher lol no... You'll be 80% working as a sales and marketing person who gives her most of the time in just calling people asking them to take demos, most of them even dont accept your call, mostly are invalid numbers , thn comes their frustrated tone etc. Thn hardly if you get your demo confirmed you cant reschedule more than 4 u cant cancel more than 3 demos but on the same hand they want you to conduct as much as possible demos its like they want to stay in benefit from all sides but they want us to suffer. A account manager will constantly be their on your head asking for how many demos conduct but when you ask them logical questions they'll give you the same shit answer this is how this company works. They even don't give uou you proper money for example they say 150 rupees for 50 mins and 200 for 70mins but they'll end up giving you only 140,150, 170 for 70 mins. And you'll feel demotivated after seeing this. I applied in this company as part time work but dude you'll end up giving it more than 12hrs and you won't even realise that why? Coz every time you've to be there on you LMS to grab the demo request opportunity, in which most of them are fake or dont even exist in real. If you'll keep accepting the demos and won't get a demo conversion they'll start sending you red alert messages. Talking about demo conversion lol they literally charge around 40k,60k from the parents just think why would a parent will spend such a huge amount of money just to take 2 classes in a week? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY IN THIS COMPANY. You won't get any support from anywhere coz in case even if you get a positive sign of getting a demo converted and you've given your 100% to get it converted thn comes the real dealer named as course counsellor and now everything is in hand of that person and he can ruin it in within seconds. And you'll be like what the hell. This has happened with me so... That was the peak point for me and i resigned coz i understood even after putting my all efforts everything later on depends on the counselors to be honest this make to sense. If i was the teacher I've taught the student i have given him the feedback i should be the one who should suggest which course will be fit to that student but here a counselor who doesn't know anything about students performance and area that need work is suggesting courses lol. As a teacher, I would request everyone who wants to genuinely teach students, not to join PS. It is one of the worst online education platform for both teachers and students. The initial days are magical. They select you and provide Amazing training sessions. Then they make you fall in greed of earning by conducting more and more demo classes. Sudden fall of demos and most importantly their is no security of salary. In one month may be you are getting 30 k but in another month you are getting 15 k. So their is no balance.

It's remote so you can teach anywhere as long as you have a laptop and great connectivity.

Dislikes

Income depends on demo conversion. Most of the times, after demos, parents like your teaching but because they cannot afford the fees, they don't convert. If you don't get the desired number of students, you'll end up exhausted without being able to pay your bills. Also, they haven't paid me my last 5 demos before I resigned.

Your ratings are calculated based on the demo conduction. However, most of the times the leads provided by planetspark are invalid/not interested parents. When you cancel those demos your ratings decrease for no fault of yours
