As there was no hierarchy of designations or positions so employees get a chance to show their skills in which they are good at irrespective of assigned task. Employees can actively be a part of meetings to give their suggestions and feedback. Compensation and benefits was almost negligible. One can't expect any bonus and benefits beyond salary. One has to struggle to keep a balance between work-life.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work meeting the people on daily basis. My manager was good and experienced. It was my first job so my personal experience was not that good. But there was a lot of learning.
