Hi there, with respect to employee perks and other benefits, I think you have also signed offer and employment letter before deciding to join us. We clearly write available benefits and perks. Expecting more than what is agreed is not appropriate. With respect to delay in payment of salaries, which is a baseless comment, I leave it to your judgment. If you do not like to be with the firm and cannot provide suggestion (not one sided), it's time for you to move on and find a place you fit properly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
