One thing I've noticed is that during peak hours, the kitchen can get quite busy, and communication can sometimes break down. This can lead to mistakes and delays. To address this, I think we could benefit from additional training on communication and teamwork during high-pressure situations. So might be it's training team issues

Working in pizza express is a great experience... The management is very helpful always there to take feedback... And very supportive and always there to motivate... Even the other team members are supportive... Best part is the company thinks about the staff and there guest as priority... Company has an amazing training plan for there staff where staff learn about standard and everything about the company while workin... To have zero compromise on standard which Is amazing....Read More

There is a bond of 2 years before which I cannot resign, and some of seniors carry high attitude which I don't like.

Very low growth and there should not be any discrepancy treatment between the states ,at the end we are in one Company Employee.

I would say not a great experience but it ok . Suggestions :- HR need to be more focus on ground level team members requirement . At the end they work hard for the company. Otherwise it's a great brand and Company.
