I was working in Pixis for last 4 years and I gave best performances back to back even during the critical period of my life....I worked till late to avoid late deployments and I also help some features get better...innitially the work culture and environment was very nice there...but suddenly it got bad and then one day I got call from Hr that your position is no longer needed to company.... So even if you perform well it is not sure that you are safe and company will think about you in return of your service...Read More
