So I joined the company with high hopes and bright future prospects. I was promised a managerial position in the company and I got that in fact. The only issue was my boss kept reminding me of the favors he did every now and then which was traumatising as I worked my as** off to reach where I am today. The decision maker of the company has no prior exposure or experience to his designation and was still praised over everybody's hardwork. The reason to flag that issue is that the guy could not help the company even one time in any crisis or make the right decision ever.
