MD & Chairman so nice person Review Meeting with all employees is good.

Competition is decent,but growth is slow. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes early morning. manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do received phone calls of application from my clients . My team also achieved highest growth award 2018-19.
