Nothing to Like about. Company is pure lala culture. The CMD is so vintage in mindset that he wants his sales staff to just say Yes sir for whatever crap he asks them to do. Company cannot afford high salaried employees so they fire them. Attrition rate is very high.. don't waste your career here.. the management will fire you based on his/ her mood swing. 50% of the staff is new joined.

Dislikes

Attitude of management is pathetic Vintage work culture & Babu Style working Better to work for Govt office instead of working for Pix. No clarity on role and responsibilities Management sets unexpected and non practical expectations.. They don't like Young people. They want all OLD sir madam types. Sirji madamji culture. Typical owner based company. What boss likes is to be followed.
