Chairman Krishna Kumar Pittie is whimsical old age guy who fires people based on his mood and not based on their work. In two years he has had 12-15 different E.A (executive assistant). The man is abusive and abuses all his male employees in such a loud voice that entire office can hear it. He brings his grandchildren to office. Once his grandson has pissed beneath my table. They will give very good hike while joining the company also very good position. But after that your position doesn’t matter your work will never be defined you have to work in any spectrum as per the demand of management.

Dislikes

No professionalism, No work life balance. No annual increment if you’re lucky then might you get 3-8% hikes. There is zero good leaders in company if there is any good leaders join the company they leave as soon as possible because of low job security and bad culture. All the VP and AVP has ego problems, they will hold you accountable if you didn’t share it with them, which don’t even concern that department. Only join this company if you don’t have any job in hand other stick at current company and find some else company....Read More
