work-life balance is the best part of PITS, They are very much keen about every employee concerns and try to resolve it on timely fashion. the policies of the company is very acceptable. timely guidance and training were the good part for employee performance. evaluation and performance tracking were so genuine and transparent.

Work Details

I work as a Lead for Production and Publishing team for an internationally reputed client and I am a perfectly satisfied about the life at PIT Solutions

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
