Dear sir What I have dislike to do work in this management firstly they are not listening the individual thinks and mostly the manger levels are playing politics they don't even bother whose are doing honestly and they don't appreciate for any thing and if the executive will pay or giving the parties for manager level people they will appreciate for that employee but the reality which employee will give like that they don't bother if they are not coming for office or onsite why because they are giving bribe and parties this is the worst culture I have faced in this and more over they dint listen our suggestion or any ideas so overall if politics will cut down then all employees will be happy to do the work with more work pressure also...Read More

My work is very exciting day by day and we love the challenges to work at any time while in the night also we worked around midnight at 3 am also I faced lot of challenges and I cross that challenges more with field work and mmus got repaired on site
