The company has a very good reputation. Working in that company made me realise that good work is always appreciated but when it comes to growth than anyone can see the lack of appreciation. But the company will give you a huge Series of opportunities to get a higher post or a shift of trade like you can go from marketing to HR or a sales team head to a training manager.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
