Piramal Capital, unlike other NBFCs, has an amazing office. They insure that all new joinees get proper training. The seniors are initially very supportive.

Their is no job security. In one last year I have witnessed people being asked to leave. The policy remains unclear to some extent, upper management is responsible for this. I dont know about other branches, but Pune branch had alot of internal politics due do which I have seen some really potential employees quitting.

Dhfl's atmosphere was very friendly and it was the best thing in organization. It was my first job obviously I am emotionally attached to the organization and team. When I entered the door of dhfl i was blank board when it was my last day at organization I was full of knowledge, more friendly people and tons of best memories to remember for my life time.
