Its a great company to work for, you are given the freedom to make decisions, you are taken care of by Piramal. Its an organisation which will solve the problems with you and not leave you to solve it. There are no cons from my side as I have not faced anything remotely negative in this comapny.

Work Details

I work in the sales marketing and research division of piramal fund, I look at fund raising and property sales and research.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
