Great leadership, focus on new technology and innovation, open culture. Amazing leaders and Industry veterans like Saurabh Mittal, Jairam, Markandey, Sunit Madan spearheading from front. Employees are hired from big tech companies and IITs, so lot of technology discussion and learning opportunities from one another. Good Rewards and Recognition.

Processes are very not well defined yet like big tech companies but management has been taking forward steps to bring progressive changes. e.g. Project requirements are not well documented, business priority change at any moment, Business team is often confused what exactly is needed, a rush for launch timeline always and hence important projects miss timelines or lack the desired quality. Top leaders review at sprint planning, design reviews etc so may feel like micromanagement at times, but is needed since the processes are not mature yet. Feedbacks often sounds like criticism and hence may demotivate employees to innovate. Product Managers- there is a delay and confusion between business team and product managers. Typical Indian startup work culture, so work might feel overwhelming, extremely demanding and one may get a feeling of micromanaged more often than not.
