You give a long time of your life serving in this institution but there is no job security. The Principal is highly unprofessional and does not want his staff to rise up . Principal wants to run the institution as one man army he does want to work with staff as a team .

Appointed principals are more interested in their own growth , benefits and ego satisfaction. They give their non qualified relatives, higher positions.

At times they don't stick to what they promise in interview . Its better to get the things in writing.
