It was a wonderful experience that gave me ample opportunity to be designated for Research level projects undertaken by Bharat Electronics limited. Good work environment and excellent work culture . Extremely supportive teammates and a huge mess giving you free food .Company policies are transparent and salary hike every 3 months .

Dislikes

As per govt laws an employee should be permanently absorbed after working for a certain time period but that clause at times is implemented and at times not . There is no clarity on that .

Excellent . Fortunately my reporting manager and team were quite good so it was an overall very nice experience for me to be a part of Bharat Electronics limited.
