Their website and data is maintained well and no one can judge from outside the suck of employees insie.

The owner and his complete family including kids control the staff and their day to day activities. The owner shouts and abuses the employees openly. His daughter is Director HR and takes feedback around 55 to 60 times a day.Their is no balance between life and work. The owner behaves in his special swag. There are some old employees in accounts and admin, Whose job is to keep you always unstable. There is time to enter the office and not for leaving. Worst place to work. Pilot Industries is NOUN of Hell, where employees are slaughtered. Company is real model of blood Sucking, avoid it's name if you want to live. They cut major manpower during lockdown without thinking how laid off employees family will survive.

From top to bottom e everything is worst. Their policy, procedures, pay to the employees. Treatment to employees, I don't know , how can they operate without fullfilling all the government norms?
