People are being fired at their first week. They are not even given enough time to prove their worthiness. Zero job security. An employee could be a good performer one day and then be fired the next day. Autocratic decision making from management. They won't even put you in the project that best suits your profile.

Dislikes

The worktime usually extends well past 10 pm, even though you are not given any overtime benefits. Management expects you to work on Sundays even.

In this company I joined as a fresher but the amount of skills I have gathered from here is beyond description. It is a very much dynamic company,Here you will be judged only in the basis of your performance.And our CEO is an example of a true leader he is always available for all the employees. It is a perfect place to start your career if you opting for edtech industries.

No job security in ed tech sales sector, once your performance is low, prepare to be moved out of the company, totally performance based, 90 percent and above acceptable , below that , you are out or have to listen.

No job security , you will definitely be dumped within 2 weeks of joining if you do not acheive the set targets. Its a sales job rather than a academic counselor, On paper the work timings would be 12-9pm but they tell you to come by 10am and make you work for 12hrs. Politics is a ritual here.
