In my team, few people were asked to put their resignation unofficially. The team size decreased frequently, kept the employees in dark for appreciation and paying extra which never happened. Management is poor as they have nothing to do about employees' personal life. They want their company to grow in any ways possible.
There are many disadvantages working in extra marks but I will list out only few. 1. KPI and KRA can change anytime as per the need of the company. 2. Never recognized employees' efforts 3. Asks for each minute work distribution, if you say you were free for 30 mins, this means you are supposed to get your half day salary deduction4. Working hours are not fixed. You might end up Working for 3-4 teams altogether. 5. Communication among other teams is highly unprofessional. ( Done via whatsapp messages) 6. Lot of politics 7. Open door policy is just for name sake....Read More

People here are good at heart.
There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

They provide less as per industry standards and very poor Travel and other expenses for sales employee which way lower than other companies,hence a productive employee won't travel to client location due to this poor expenses.
