In my team, few people were asked to put their resignation unofficially. The team size decreased frequently, kept the employees in dark for appreciation and paying extra which never happened. Management is poor as they have nothing to do about employees' personal life. They want their company to grow in any ways possible.

There are many disadvantages working in extra marks but I will list out only few. 1. KPI and KRA can change anytime as per the need of the company. 2. Never recognized employees' efforts 3. Asks for each minute work distribution, if you say you were free for 30 mins, this means you are supposed to get your half day salary deduction4. Working hours are not fixed. You might end up Working for 3-4 teams altogether. 5. Communication among other teams is highly unprofessional. ( Done via whatsapp messages) 6. Lot of politics 7.
