All pidilite employee behavior is good. Learning very well about industry and DCS system.

Dislikes

Canteen is not well. Food quality is average and canteen charge is fixed. Not get proper leave for apprentice. We took leave then they deduct from stipend.

Not much to like about the company in general. Just job security and that this company is stable in terms of finances and market position.

There is an extreme bootlicker culture, only those who are Yes Sir types are preferred by the management irrespective if they are right or not. Multiple organizational changes, high attrition, careless HR, no talent management, incorrect hiring on higher positions and preference of having weak leaders.

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.
