No trust on their employees. Excess staff at head office which is not justifiable. Too much unnecessary work which is actually not worth. No major focus on manufacturing plants and HO centric organisation. 5 days week at HO but plant location it is 6 days.

Dislikes

Pidilite is a horrible company. No caring about Employee. Lot of Employees Given resign in the whole company but company have no shame. Mediclaim and leave policy is the worst. For picnic they charge from Employee. Do not join this company otherwise you will regret.
